Starting six months before the wedding, we step in with planning meetings, rental appointment support, vendor communication, timeline development, layout support, final planning details, and design guidance inspired by the rental selections you’ve already made.

For couples with all the plans in place who want a pro to take it from here.
Starting three months before the wedding, we review your plans, organize the remaining details, create the timeline and layout, communicate with vendors, lead the walkthrough and rehearsal, and manage the day with a two-person Canopy team.
